tombot is there a way to bring back replacing images with a link? or will that verboten like the persistent cookies? cause that's one feature i really miss. that and the xpost notification.

i never knew what that building (311 s. wacker) was! it looks awesome at dusk when i get off the blue line at western/congress because the sky is a deep blue behind it and that top turret piece is milkglass or something and it's illuminated at night. it's pretty cool.

Last night I dreamed that I was making a lobster appetizer for a PTA meeting I was attending. I was putting raw lobster on skewers, but I had forgotten to kill the lobster first. I kept taking it apart, and it was making little noises. I felt terrible. Then I cracked open its carapace and killed it. All of this took place in the plants and flowers section of a grocery store.

I have never experienced thundersnow. It makes me think of the Thundercats theme song.

What about last night at around 3 AM? The thunder was weird-sounding, at least to my sleepy mind. It sounded like radio sound effects--like a sheet of metal being shaken.

anyway I think keith fixed your unclickable thread yesterday, he's going to correct the lack of "no message/title/poll options/etc" errors at some point, yes at some point images may be replaced with links, yes at some point replacing images with links might become the default because of the logoff issue, yes at some point the logoff issue with the cookies might be fixed. but since not many people are as hot shit as keith and he already knows all the inner workings it pretty much depends on him and what he decides to implement when.
