Y'know, it is kind of hilarious that EVEN NOW with Portsmouth higher in the table than Middlesbrough have ever been, no one is bothering to tip Harry Redknapp for the England role.

Yeah, but he gribbled all those clownplanks coming off the sofa. That's still a sweet record if you factor in the strained metacarpal who sustained against the Salt Lake Quakers.

Bridge became a father in November 2006 with French girlfriend, model and actress, Vanessa Perroncel, who gave birth to their son Jaydon Jean Claude Bridge, and celebrated by signing a new 4-year contract with Chelsea on November 22, 2006.[14] Bridge regards "Horrid Henry and the Football Fiend" by Francesca Simon as his favourite book,[15] and Das EFX as his favourite band.

Steve wants to stay on...so England and McDonalds need to get their money's worth.

Scott Carson has apparently "only just come into the premiership"
McLaren should have taken Bridge off and played Barry at left-back.
Carson had a spread bet on first goal for Croatia.
Wasn't Sven still getting bucketloads of cash every week until he took the City job?

Avoiding all this 'negative-town' nonsense, I thought Cole sparkled brightly, Beckham (when he came on) defended well and looked as likely to create goals as ever, and Crouch worked hard all night and did well to convert Beckham's cross.
With Martin O'Neill at the helm, we will go on to win the next World Cup.

― Noodle Vague, Thursday, 22 November 2007 00:37 (sixteen years ago) link
Talkshite - I'd rather shit blood through my eyes.
As for furruners, how many ingerland players play abroad and learn different styles, different approaches? None. Croatia's players come from Oz, Germany and Croatia, and play across Europe. They're diverse. England's players are culutrally monocultural as hell, and it's a bobbins monoculture at that.
