Oh, now it's likely that I might get an extension on living in The Sham, but I don't know for how long. I really need to find a place asap and moving in next weekend if I'm going to keep on track with part-time study on top of my full-time job. And not need to sleep on couches.

i know it's none of my business but i feel annoyed with your ex-bf, my judgment is that he is being selfish and thoughtless and insensitive. i think he should be trying to make things as easy for you as possible. but i also think you are allowed to take your time deciding what to do next, it's bad enough to have to deal with a loss without everyone telling you to react swiftly and kickassily, do things in your own time and way is my motto. this stuff is so hard when you're deeply attached to someone. <3
