I tried to blag free tickets. It didn't work. Anyway, I feel ill and have been up all night vomiting so wouldn't have been able to go anyway.

We need REPORTING BACK from the party! Did anyone pee in a corner? Did anyone turn up? (Scotstvo, I didn't get your text until Sunday morning and I don't have any credit in my phone to reply anyway, sorry).

it was civilised! there were SNACKS and plastic cups, arranged neatly on a table!
and the place was CLEAN!

This all sounds very non-148-like (xpost - I meant about the snacks and tidiness, not the odd smells). It may have confused me. Actually I don't think I've ever been to one of your parties. I don't really *do* parties.

I liked the civilisation. Luckily there was a big crazy party across the street which people who wanted that kind of thing were quite happy to go to after spending a while being civilised at ours.

GOOD! Because that stinky nasty cricket over-ran on Sunday and meant they cancelled the repeat of the episode I didn't see on Wednesday because I was out bouzing, and I have teh fear of downloading stuff myself.

Anyone go to Dinosaur Jr then? It was fucking IMMENSE! I'm half deaf and I had ear plugs in for half of it. Took em out for my favourite songs. Sludgefeast was the highlight. Truly lived up to its name. A glorious sprawl of noise and melody. Oh yeah!
