I'd forgotten all about panzerotti! There was a greasy little place near my high school that had them, and my fellow pom pom girls and I used to scarf them before football games. Just thinking about them just made me get leftover pizza from my refrigerator for breakfast, as that's the closest I can get right now. Also, anyone who feels ill from fried cheese has clearly eaten too much of it. You're not supposed to eat a whole BOWL of cheese curds or anything. Sometimes, you just have to hold the fried cheese to your nose and take a good whiff, and that's enough.

There's a tandoori place near me that does paneer in the oven (it's a little lighter this way)... they serve it in chunks that are the size of Rubik's Cubes! Delicious.
