With wifi and easy power access...shaded outside space nice but not essential. Suggestion of other spaces welcome too. Quiet good but not essential as can use headphones...

I've used the Pavilion in Highgate woods recently, which has wifi, outdoor indoor and shade. Not sure about power tho. I have 10 hour battery but sometimes forget to charge. Highgate not always convenient though

I've been using Canvas & Cream in Forest Hill a lot recently, which is big and airy and has wi-fi and sofas and good coffee, also nicely buzzing but not intrusive because there's lots of space. That may be completely inconvenient for you though, it does depend on your area of London.

My favourite place to do work is probably the top floor of the Royal Festival Hall though, it has wifi, the atmosphere feels conducive to work and you can look out over the view in your idle moments. Unless there's a children's concert about to start, then it's a nightmare.

Yeah, all of my suggestions would be South London, which is not very helpful for you. Zora and I were trying for ages to find a decent space to work in. Streatham is good, Putney is OK, but Clapham is the absolute worst and impossible. It is going to be highly localised, because it's not the sort of space that kind survive in a central London rent climate.

(That said, plus one on the Royal Festival Hall, in fact all of the Southbank Centre; I've had great luck in the National Theatre of all places.)

Used the british library yesterday. Ticks all the boxes, particularly if working on a project with someone else

In the riverfleetbakery today. I'm not that keen so far, cant see any power either

I havent, but I will try that one out next week - old standby of the british library today

In esters today but its kind of crowded, - and with it being hot everywhere i might fall back to lazy social

Saturdays can be surprisingly quiet in cafes luckily, but of course sunday is a non-starter
