I was remembering ZS's comment about wanting to make a website project where he memorialized the year past and it occurred to me that you would more or less need to capture each fleeting meme, concept, image as the year went on and sift through them post facto to get a perspective of what stuck and what didn't. Sometimes detritus is just detritus and sometimes grumpy cat gets a book deal.
