To clear up some potential confusion among entertainment news blurb readers - Ron Howard and Judd Apatow have been crowned Louis XIII Geniuses as well, but at the Movie ceremony. The award Bob Newhart won the year before Ryan Murphy was declared a genius was named the Critics' Choice Television Icon Award. He was an icon, not a genius.
