HELLO!
I am going with my wife to the UK, her homeland. Our 'base of operations" is going to be Manchester, where her sister lives. But we are also going to Oxford, Cornwall, London for a day or two, and a few other place not yet decided.

Where to go? What to do? Really old pubs? Particularly good scotch eggs? Beer? Cheese? Book shops? I am interested in hearing traditional English folk music and dance music, if anyone has any good recommendations.

British Museum worth a peek?
Anyone been to the Eden Project in cornwall?

Already planning to see -- Stonehenge, Tintagel, one of the oldest trees in the world near Manchester, depending ont he programming I would like to check out a folk music even at the Cecil Sharp house.

Cornwall tip:

Bodmin Jail is far more interesting than The Eden Project.
