i am going ot chapters to return a book my grandmother bought me,

I thought I posted on a Chapters/Indigo thread once...guess not. The Queensway Chapters used to be one of my main bookstores; they closed a few months ago--just went there one day and it was closed--now they've reopened across the road inside Sherway. Big store, two floors. Hate it.

Me: "Do you still carry remainders?"
Floor clerk: "Remainders?"
Me: "Sale books."
FC: "No...there are a few mixed into the sections."
