That poster appears in the background of every non-fight scene through the first forty-five minutes of the film. After that, we meet "President Hendricks," who is brokering a controversial peace treaty with the "bug" aliens. In the end, we learn that Hendricks is actually selling over humanity as a sort of "slave species," to be milked for various procreative juices (all of which serve as essential lubricants in the machinery of a third, ultra-advanced alien species with which the "bugs" have developed trade). The main character, an army grunt who has been transferred without explanation to the president's security detail, notices that when cut on the arm in a botched assassination attempt, the president's blood has a strange odor and appears slightly orange. This leads to suspicions that are confirmed in the climactic fight scene, wherein Hendricks rips off his fake human body and is revealed as a massive lump of blubber with spiny endoskeletal arms reaching out to chop assailants in two -- a new species of SPY BUG. The main character finds a clever way to kill the SPY BUG, and later, when he tries to work out how he wound up being assigned to this detail in the first place, he learns that he was transferred there by an intelligent operative who knew he was the only one capable of averting the president's dangerous scheme (aka Doogie Howser in that nifty SS costume).
