visiting BOSTON

Monday works for me.

I'm still sorting out living arrangements but I'll be visiting the greater area (Worcester, to be exact) for at least a year starting in August. Definitely expect to make it into Boston proper when I can; pretty sure it'll happen in August.

OK let's do Intermission Tavern. Is earlier or later more optimal? I can do anytime after about 5:30.

I'm good whenever, just need a time so I know if I'm going home first or going straight there.

I'm really bummed guys but I'm not going to make it. I just feel terrible adn I think I'm going to leave work and go home soon.

HELEN: We gotta catch the early-bird. It's only between four-thirty and six.
MORTY: Yeah. They give you a tenderloin, a salad and a baked potato, for four-ninety-five. You know what that cost you after six?
JERRY: Can't we eat at a decent hour? I'll treat, okay?
HELEN: You're not buying us dinner.
JERRY: (emphatic) I'm not force-feeding myself a steak at four-thirty to save a couple of bucks, I'll tell you that!
HELEN: All right (sitting on the couch), we'll wait. (pointedly) But it's unheard of.

Regardless, Liz and I are coming. However, I have a workout until 6:00 PM so I’ll be late.

Hey, no worries :). It's just bumming me out today cause I really would like to come but I'm just not up to it and one of the things I've learned over the past couple months if I push myself when I'm not well or tired than it just makes everything worse. Like I said, hopefully there will be another time. I'd really like to visit Chicago again - I liked it so much when I was there the last time.

haha, that made me wonder if there actually was a polo team at Harvard. A quick GIS reveals that yes, of course there is.

It really feels like there something like 10 different undergrad schools there sometimes; at my reunion this year, I was AMAZED by how many people I met for the first time.

there's a very large portion of the overall "Harvard experience" that I think was well outside of what I did with my time there. Outside of classes and my group of friends, a lot of it seemed very foreign and unfathomable to me.

Considering going in May for my 20th college reunion.

Boston Calling happens at the end of May. it's become a pretty big deal, as far as music festivals go. It take place outside the Harvard football stadium.

Mayfair in Harvard Square is always kinda fun. May 6.

i think East Arlington? I'm going to visit my bestie from college and another friend and hopefully meet some ilxors but mostly like just hang out w/ cool ppl, not so much specifically to "see things in Boston"
