Oppose constitutional amendment banning gay marriage: what's it to YOU how consenting adults express their love?

Yelling Things (Sometimes Insults) At People From Cars - C or D?

The Yellow Kid, Friday, 28 September 2007 17:45 (seventeen years ago) link

The car-yelling is in no way about the narcissism of small differences! It's kind of the opposite, actually -- a seemingly small thing that revealed a massive gulf in people's moral standards.

Yeah, I was debating not including the car-yelling thread (especially since I fall on the "this is a terrible thing" side of it), but the whole argument of the thread is that half of the people would call it a small difference. The thread itself is about whether or not it's a small difference.

The Yellow Kid, Friday, 28 September 2007 19:47 (seventeen years ago) link

this is the thread for tehresa and the noise friends!

Not in the standard way, but certainly a shining example nonetheless.
