Plz help ID this painting (colorful and abstract!)

The only thing I know is that it was at Art Basel. Any ideas?

I just scrolled through the entire Art Basel 2010 catalog, and I don't think this work was in there.

I was trying to be all private eye and stuff and I started with the image's URL since I thought that maybe I could find the originating blog or something and then I wound up on someone's Twitter - and then I saw it was Stevie D's http://www.psfocus.nl/_images/avatar/20100120191851_smiley_ninja.gif - Duh.

I asked him what it was but he just said "Art Basel show" and apparently this is all the information he can provide.

He seems to be famous for 'agamographs', which change depending on the viewer's angle. It's hard to tell if the piece in the original post is one.

I think the original is not an agamograph (I spent more time than I should have staring at the shadows on the original pic, can't see any suggestions of the ridges). I do like the thought that we might have seen the work in online image searches for ages, but *from the wrong angle*.
