i am more charmed by buster than diane but their appeal is.. different? idk we're talking about a 60-70 year gap. it feels sort of weird to compare but it does make a strange kind of sense now that i picture them side-by-side.

i think it's because they parlay clumsiness into a higher form of gracefulness
