Yeah, I'm in the States (Boston), but I'll cover the cost from wherever. It's not like I can go out to Ye Olde Recorde Shoppe and find this stuff, so it's worth it.

I sent out four copies of this and gave Ned an additional five DVD's. So a bunch of ILMers got it but if not you can still get a hold fo me, email below.

Yeah, the DVDs were sent out along with burned sets to folks hither and yon, so I know it should be easily circulating...I have stumbled across an extra DVD just now, and so I'd be willing to burn off one more copy of the full set to go with that. Otherwise this is all best handled by people who can burn both CDs and DVDs.
