I'll pretty much vote for Are Friends Electric any time I get the chance.

Voted for 'We Are Glass', because it rules. It would have been 'We Take Mystery (To Bed)', which is awesome, but I think the single edit butchers the track a bit. Those I, Assassin tracks tend to work best in their long versions.

Some of the best song titles ever in here, even if many of them are cribbed from the sci-fi new wave

"Cars" is just about the greatest thing anybody has ever recorded so I voted for that.

"We Are Glass," which I discovered two years ago, is perfect.

We Take Mystery (To Bed) seems to have been the blueprint for a lot of really good Thompson Twins songs.

There are really good Thompson Twins songs!?

Man he made some bad decisions. Putting "This Wreckage" out as a single in preference to "Remind Me To Smile" is wtf. Ditto the dreary "She's Got Claws" over some of the (admittedly few) more radio-friendly tracks on Dance i.e. "Stories" and "You Are, You Are"

Yup, 'Stories', 'You Are, You Are' and 'Boys Like Me' would have made far better singles than 'She's Got Claws', in my opinion. The thing about 'She's Got Claws' is that it was the sole single from Dance and isn't quite representative of it. I think some folks would be forgiven for hearing 'She's Got Claws' and not bothering to buy the album, thinking the whole album was going to be in that vein.

"Stories" was even played on the 1980 tour, a year before its official release.

'Sister Surprise' with two votes! Wasn't expecting that!

Could never have voted anything other than "Are Friends Electric" but "Complex" deserves more love.
