good/great writing/articles about the buzzcocks online (preferably 70's vintage, but later stuff that is good is fine)

also good interview links if you know of any. (also anything related to the making of the original albums would be great. a good book out there with lots of info? i've never seen one. but i haven't dug around much. just went on their official site and immediately got a trojan virus warning from my laptop. so, don't want to look there...)

(huge 30+ year fan of the band and it dawned on me that i've never read anything good/great about them. i'm sure there has been loads written. also interested in anything written by other musicians about the band.)

thanks.

Jon Savage wrote about them way back when. His book England's Dreaming probably has good details. I read it a long time ago, have forgotten specifics about it

The companion book to Englands Dreaming - The England's Dreaming Tapes has a long interview Richard Boon, their manager. It's all about the formation of the band, forming the New Hormones label and the first couple of single though.

Scott
cannot recall specific info on Buzzcocks but can vouch for the John Robb book mentioned above.
The Roxy book by Paul Marko is a decent read too.
Alex Ogg has a chapter in his beyond comprehensive 'No More Heroes...' effort.
Possibly slightly off topic but all great reads imho etc blah, blah
