I know there's thousands of these, they're usually corny but stupid fun for summer parties. Here's some off the top of my head:

Buster Poindexter - hot hot hot
Rupert Holmes - Piña Colada
Paul Simon - You Can Call Me Al
Vampire Weekend - Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa
Beach Boys - Kokomo
Yacht - Psychic City
Harry Belafonte - Banana Boat Song
Lime in the Coconut
...

Hot Hot Hot is a cover and Banana Boat Song is a traditional Jamaican folk song, rather than the result of inspiration per se. In the same vein, the Andrews Sisters' uncredited cover of Lord Invader's Rum And Coca Cola was one of the biggest hits of the 1940s. I'm very fond of Robert Mitchum's cover of From A Logical Point Of View.

MItchum had a whole lp of that stuff. It was one of the first things that Rev-Ola reissued.
