the spanish monkees theme is bizarre and is still sung by mickey dolenz.One of the things I wish had happened that never did: A Mickey Dolenz solo album from the late 60s/early 70s when the guy was still weird. I'd be willing to bet he was writing some great stuff on the side at the time, but he never considered releasing it because of his Monkee status.
