Was at local record store today and there were two vinyl copies of the A.R.E. Weapons album, each priced at $20.99. Gee, what a bargain! I mean, I suppose they're import copies from the U.K., but $20.99?? I expect them to be still sitting there a year from now.

hmm. Wonder if they'll be second album.

I still think "Don't Be Scared" is the shit.

Had I known "Don't Be Scared" was a single I would have put it in my top 10 of 2003 (I didn't know until I saw it on Jeanne Fury's P&J list). That song is indeed the shit supreme.

The A.R.E. Weapons album was...eh. A few good tracks but they all sounded roughly the same. I sold my copy a few months ago.

A lot of people said that the songs all sounded the same on Andrew W.K.'s I Get Wet, too, but they didn't!

Haven't heard the A.R.E. Weapons album yet.
