It's hard for me to be enthusiastic about this song when I've heard Neu!
I'd pick "exploded head movie" over "jenny ondioline" anytime. I like the phasing.

is the song on the ep the same length as the LP?

Need more songs like this... (since this is the best song ever) something that inhabits the Neu! vibe but does something new with it. A lot of the new school kraut groups I've heard (well, Follakzoid) are okay but never found anything close to this

Audionom don't add vocals to the Neu! vibe in quite the same way, but they've done tons of great stuff. Here's a longish example

After scouring the webz for ~3.2 minutes, this (tho incomplete, see ?s) is the most accurate stab at lyrics I've found:

It seems many people have the second verse wrong since it's sung half in english/half in french, or at least that's what I'm hearing... I think I can distinguish 'allors' and 'peut-être".

^^That is probably the least accurate version that I've seen to date.

I have to admit I "cheated" as I have access to the demo where the vox are much more clearer and distinct than both the album or single versions*.

Laetitia was apparently dissatisfied with the album performance so she re-recorded the vox for the single release, but both seem buried compared to the demo.
