I don't know what most of these are tho I probably know a few more of them than I recognise. Definitely like "Someone Like You", "Just Can't Get Enough" and "Only Girl in the World", voting for the Adele song. Yeah I was shocked too.

the noah and the whale song itself isn't the worst but the singer has a really terrible voice -- like not even just annoying sounding like some indie singers, but he actually can't sing in a noticeable way imo

i haven't heard all of them, including that noah & the whale song, but it'll take some doing to outdo "firework" for worst

most underrated around here is probably scherzinger, even ilm's most ardent pop fans don't seem to care about her (their loss! her album's better than britney's)

Voted for Coming Home but i've had the Alexis Jordan song stuck in my head for two weeks. Looks like a pretty decent, if slow-moving, chart.

Yep.

Following Annastasia Baker's audition of the song on The X Factor on 28 August 2010, the single re-entered the UK Singles Chart at #24 on 5 September 2010. After a subsequent performance of the song by various artists at boot camp shown 26 September, it peaked at #4 on 3 October 2010.

Dylan's version didn't make the charts though.

Wiz made the top ten? That is seriously awesome for him. Lopez has a new single? Wow I am out of the loop.

Glee Cast Thriller/Heads Will Roll (the only track that I couldn't bear to listen to all the way through)

Broken Record is amazing, the final third where she starts singing "like a broken record" and the 90s style breakbeats kick in and it all lifts off is probably my favourite musical moment of this year. Everyone needs to hear it (and the album for that matter).

'Wonderman' is pretty great as well, much better than "fifth single off the album, featuring Ellie Goulding" would lead you to believe.

I'm not sure how far I could rationally justify my liking for "Hello"! For me, it has good associations with warm-up DJs/excited crowds at arena gigs.
