Yeah dunno, I had a bad experience at the last John Talabot dj set there. Maybe I'm just getting old.

I'm guessing that his set in SF tonight will be more expansive and enjoyable than the hour he's booked to play at FYF Fest tomorrow (where I will be seeing him even though the asslord in charge of booking decided his set should overlap with Run The Jewels).

I think running it was taking a large amount of time for Bill & Frank so they've decided to close that chapter of of their lives as well as the Low Life parties in order to focus on other things.

Shame but the forum side of it has seen a large drop in traffic the last few years anyway.

A culture founded on records cut straight from cassette onto shit vinyl etc etc. - (the Trax re edit competition is testament to the beauty of low fidelity) and all anyone on here can do is witter on about how the aforementioned fidelity is 'compromised'.
