Late 2013 I know but I've been slamming the DJ Koze/Axel Boman XLR8R mixes recently...both have that "yeah, could have been released as an actual licensed, offical mix" feel to them. Love the way that the first half of the KOze sounds like Kompakt circa Immer 2.

Koze's run of mixes from 2013 for FADER, FACT and XLR8R were all pretty great. I love the samples he put through them: "...I was like oh my god... and I was like oh my god... I was like oh my god..."

Should be in last year's thread technically, but the mix literally clicks over midnight into 2014 halfway through: Tim Sweeney's Beats in Space End of Year Mix - http://www.beatsinspace.net/playlists/710. The party I went to last week was cool, but would have loved to have heard this set...

Makes me appreciate a few indie-dance-ish tracks I had sort of dismissed, like Terje's Q and Glass Candy's Warm in the Winter. Of course, this could also be because I'm drinking.

Deetron's Fabric entry is a mix of two halves, the first half is solidly enjoyable if unremarkable house but the other half is psychedelic woozy comedown music.

That Shanti Celeste release is brilliant.

my initial rxn was lukewarm but going to give it another go

his album was pretty mediocre but the illum sphere mix is seriously amazing.

its not a 'mix' made to DL, but the recent numbers mix from rinse fm's podcasts is so, so, so good. not really checked them out for ages so nice surprise.

dont know how everyone finds the time to listen to so many mixes though.

There are always good mixes about - just a matter of separating the wheat from the not insignificant chaff. Here are a few that I enjoyed in 2014. The Young Marco in particular was A++

I've not been making much of an effort to find stuff tbf. I check Fact, RA, XLR8R, Juno Plus every so often but that's about it. Blowing Up The Workshop had some good mixes but I forget who did the ones I like

I used to check RA mixes but stopped a long time ago, problem with most of those sites is a lot of the DJs they have just dont play very interesting records. Never bothered with Fact or the others
