Is it easy to do and how long will it take to stick a logo on each minute video? Thanks.

I've made a few lyrics videos using Windows Movie Maker - all static images and captions. Now I'm thinking of doing a video with moving pictures, wondering if anyone can recommend an even better (and still easy to use) free video editor?

Okay, I'm willing to pay for a decent video editor - any recommendations? I tried Adobe Premiere, seemed fairly intuitive (certainly not looking for anything more complex/advanced) but not into the subscription model - could I buy an older version and use that? Anyone recommend a decent pay ~100$ once alternative?
Google has not been helpful.
I've found Reaper to be a great audio editor / DAW, very reasonably priced, easy to run on a not too powerful machine. So anything like Reaper but for video would be cool...
