Bookstands, reading posture, etc

Apologies for the quotidian subject matter - I was wondering if anyone uses a bookstand, or could recommend a good one, or share any insights about the secret yoga position they use to read books without destroying their posture? Most bookstands online seem to be plastic PsOS.

My need is rather specific (my left hand was part-paralysed in an accident 5-6 years ago) but I also have the usual 30-40something encroaching stiffness from years of careless posture and delusions of invulnerability.

*Extremely calm yoga voice* Why don't you just do yoga? You will find the correct posture for you.

Sorry just saw you are part-paralysed although there might be classes that could cater for that, I think..
