Back in the late 80s/early 90s, he was the only jobber I saw on TV who had an ACTUAL GIMMICK! CLASSIC!

Well, there was also Iron Mike Sharpe whose gimmick was that he grunted. And not to forget early Barry Horowitz with the self-pat on the back.

But yeah, Brooklyn Brawler had Bobby Heenan so classic.

Depending on who we consider a jobber, Leaping Lanny Poffo (later the Genius) also had a really good gimmick.

Brooklyn Brawler = classic. He even got a (clean? was it a rollup? I forget) win over HHH in his prime!

Speaking of Iron Mike Sharpe, I'll never forget the house show I saw in Hamilton (Sharpe's hometown). He was on the show and drew MONSTER heel heat, more heat than any other heel on the show by far. Ah, the days when Canadians didn't cheer their own by default.
