It started out mostly being about fermentation, but now it’s 50/50 “Brad does stuff” vs fermentation-adjacent recipes, which is fine by me.

watched that first kombucha one and he's all "don't touch it with your hands, bad bacteria" and then starts the siphon WITH HIS MOUTH, which maybe you can get away with, but as someone who has to do aseptic stuff all day that drove me nuts.

This has plunged me into a week-long Youtube hole of Bon Appetit videos, which makes me feel like a little bit of a suburban dad but they're just so gosh darn charming

Ha I have the impression that it's been the opposite of under the radar, but I've been following it pretty closely (mostly via the BA reddit rounding everything up).
