The point shaving allegations was the thing that made me chuckle. Thing is that the newspaper and web media, especially in a local and regional sense kind of blows things up. Is it real, who knows, but the word is out there. Southern college football was always a bit nuts, but I think the bigger money and attention is cranking up the crazy volume.
