huge head on car collision right in front of our apartment building last night. one of the drivers was driving on the wrong side of the street. we called 911 immediately. i think both drivers were okay but it was pretty frightening! the cars were totaled.

Thanks. I'm still an ilxor, will be around as much as usual probably, just not going to work in the mod trenches anymore. I regret if it puts more work on existing mods, but I gotta take care of myself.

Well I'm slowly dying, but went into town to retrieve my boots from the mender's, one of maybe 2 actual traditional cobbler type shoemender's in town, as opposed to heelbars. Cos I was down there I wound up in the charity shop across the road from it and picked up a nice tweedy overcoat for €9. Also got the week's supply of grapefruits from the market in town alongside a couple of pomegranates and pears. Lovely multigrain bread from the main baker's in town too.
THen bought both the Peter Hook Joy Division book and Neil Young Waging WAr autobio both at reduced HMV rates.
Not sure what else going on, just the flu and hacking cough an a need to replace Dr Who in my tv watching at this time on Saturday night,
