I filed a bug yesterday complaining that I can't get Entourage mail. Selected "Entourage" as the bug category in the online thingie. Said I couldn't get mail. Etc.
IT dude calls this morning: I hear you are having trouble getting on the computer. Then he tells me to open Outlook. I explain, and he says he's going to connect me to the right "department". Can't they use better-trained monkeys, at least?
