ok technically the site in question is part of a dhs program for small businesses, but it's hosted and managed by some outsourcing firm, and it's been down since Monday, plus if you GO there you just get redirected to another site that IS run by DHS and hasn't been fucked with at all (knock on wood)

My brother works for the Register. I only read his stories because, as you say, they have a rather relaxed relationship with facts. He is one of the good guys though. Writes very well, takes a pretty intelligent editorial line, etc. And his Phorm stories have been some Woodward and Bernstein shit. http://search.theregister.co.uk/?author=Chris%20Williams.
