The descending melody on the chorus of "I'm Yours" by Jason Mraz (where he slows down and sings "But I won't hesitate no more no more, it cannot wait, I'm yours") sounds maddeningly familiar, but I can't remember the other song that sounds like it. Anyone know?

Chorus of "Smash the Social Contract" by Cornelius Cardew and chorus of "Funky Gibbon" by the Goodies.

... a song I have a feeling Cornelius Cardew might have been familiar with, backstory of Funky Gibbon is interesting.

Was listening to some film scores while working today, and boy did John Williams lift directly from get inspired by Bernard Hermann's "Citizen Kane" score when doing "Close Encounters."
