Insomnia.

Made the mistake of sleeping in until 3pm yesterday. It's now 6.10am and I don't care who knows it. I have shit on all day (including exam invigilation PM) and then I NFL playoffs, which finish at 4am tomorrow UK time.

Fell asleep just before 12, have just woken up and i'm wide awake :(
Think i'll watch In Bruges.

Two months now. Can't get to sleep, can't stay asleep, wake up early. Cannot get a single night of sleep unaided. This has never, ever happened to me before. I am completely fucking sick of it and REALLY REALLY close to breakdown point.

What fucks me off most is that I'm ALWAYS tired at bedtime but cannot sleep. Heart goes into overdrive and stays there. I do not know what is causing it. I have tried changing and eliminating everything I can think of. I eat well. I exercise more than most people. I am not suiffering undue work or home stress. I just. cannot. sleep.

srsly though i've taken a variety of sleep supplements and i tend to get depressed so w/e

i had to call in sick to work today because i haven't slept in 2 days

yeah did this last week. twice-weekly football game has been cancelled and i've just stopped sleeping. i hate running but i'm gonna have to do something.

I can't sleep and haven't been able to in days. Everyone else is asleep in the world and I'm wide awake and bored. Fuck.
