I'm not normally one to call for manager's to be sacked, but McLaren made such bad decisions for this game (4-5-1! Scott Carson!) I don't think his position is tenable.
On another note, even Wayne Bridge put in a better performance than the BBC commentators. Motson going on about the Andorra game, as if there were even a possibility of any other result; saying some bullshit about teams going from 2-0 to 2-1, what the fuck else are they going to do?; saying that England were 0-0 against Andorra and they won 3-0, is everyone not 0 fucking 0 at the start of every game?. Jesus, he was a good commentator a few years ago. And Mark Lawrenson, you are not being paid to not be able to say anything.

ZEE 10 POINT ACTION PLAN FOR ENGLAND
1. sack Steve McClown
2. Get rid of Barwick, replace with David Boyle
3. Bring David James back for stability ...If David James woz in goal tonight he would have known about Kranjcar
4. Bring in Matty Taylor instead of Scummer bridge
5. Bring in Glen Jonno Johnson at right back, he would have been up against Kranjcar tonite
6. Switch Micah Richards to Centre Back
7. Instal Harry Redknapp as part time manager with Jamie Redknapp as assistant and Louise as half time totty cheerleader
8. go web2.0 with rateyourenglandplayers.com - Social media and user generated content is the future
9. instal systems thinking courses, there is more than 4-4-2 or 4-5-1
10. copy Arsene Wenger's Arsenal Blueprint of quick passing football

=it's never ceases to amaze me how many of the worst footballing organisations have senile corrupt germans as their heads.
I'm struggling to think of one. No German has ever run FIFA; Gerhard Aigner was Gen Sec of UEFA (not President) and was defo about 8/10 for my money. I'm sure corrupt germans have at some stage run the German FA, but most sensible commentators acknowledge the DFB is the best run and most on-the-ball in Europe.
Carry on.
