I drink my morning coffee at a desk lit through french doors, overlooking a pastoral scene. This morning, 7 (!!) mallard males had pinned a lone female against my window. Normally, I would merely avert my gaze, but seven was too much for my delicate pre-coffee constitution.
I unleashed uberpuppy Teufel (who had been watching at my side) via a side door, and the gang rape was averted with no loss of limb or dignity.
