In "The Cover of the Rolling Stone" when Dr. Hook yells out "ROCK AND ROLLLLLLL!!!!!"... and you hear this atrocious out-of-tune electric guitar solo by a guy that clearly can't play the guitar to save his life and at the end Dr.'s like "Aw man, that's beautiful."

i always heard it as "maybe twice," although that's definitely one song where no lyric is clear or makes complete sense

In the best Archers of Loaf song, "Freezing Point," Eric quite succinctly barks, "Guitar!" and out comes the solo...

Kev's part thrilled, part panicked "Jimmy!" before the trumpet break on Dexys' Plan B.

A slight shame-like, but it's oddly thrilling when the vocalist announces "Drums" just before the drums kick in in Richard X's 'Rock Jacket'
