When Wayne Coyne said everyone he'd met in showbiz was pretty cool, except for Richard Ashcroft who was a massive dick, I thought ok, Wyane Coyne is a super nice guy and Richard Ashcroft is obviously a massive dick. When he said Arcade Fire were pricks I thought that was unexpected, but he's a super nice guy so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. If I hear him mouth off about one more rock star though...

When I met Richard Ashcroft he was super-friendly & shared his spliff & kicked a soccer ball around w/ my friends & I. Of course, that was back in the days when Verve were a space-rock band & RA had not yet decided that he was the rock jesus.
