Well tbf maybe he really DID need them, but they kept reappearing and disappearing over varoius days. I dont like to speak ill of beggars, but when they camp out all day long in one spot it gets a bit frustrating - that guy's spot seems to be right outside my work (which is near to that Blue Bag sammich place)
