I want someone to start a blog which caricatures anti-hipsters and collects examples of anti-hipsterism from all over the web. it's the next logical step.

I don't think, in whatever way we can use terms like "anti-hipsters" (probably not at all reliably) that they are always the same sort of people as hipsters.

EG I know some really outspoken anti-hipsters for whom clothes/fashion seems to be the big hatred point they tag to hipsters, who aren't actually into clothes/fashion themselves at all.

I do like this debate though, and not to overegg things but I am incessantly thinking of this quote from Robert Musil in the context of this sort of post-internet trainwreck/debate.

Hipster runoff warned us about her more than a decade ago.

Been reading the posts about her and yeah in retrospective she has always been unpalatable. I guess I tolerated it better when her music didn’t suck.

It's amazing she's been able to last this long despite being The Fucking Worst since day one. I mean, you would think "high school art girl version of Matthew Barney" would have a naturally short shelf life, but it's been a decade and a half or something at this point.
