Great to meet sic & edwardo & KBP last week - have survived Christmas in Canberra and touched down in Melborne - we appear to be pretty directly ensconced in hipster central at the moment. Saw it in down by Dawes Point - a bit of confusion since the biggest fireworks started at 00:00 but there wasn't any countdown.

Got in a few hours at the beach this morning before swarms of families filled it (and the mercury hit 31), 2.ocean's 13 is killing it so far
