I can't stand Ari Shapiro. I can tolerate a lot of NPR-ness, but Shapiro is such an insufferable dweeb. I can't take the bad jokes, the forced smile, the doting interviews with truly awful authors.
I miss Michele Norris and Melissa Block :(
