TPG are dead cheap, but heavily contended. Telstra I prob wouldnt bother with, nor AAPT (actually I think iiNet own them now anyway)

Its all much of a muchness at the end of the day - Telstras only minor advantage is they own all the shit so you're more likely to get something fixed if it breaks instead of dealing with 10 layers of reseller wank.

All that said, get an NBN in if you have it.
