i think lin's PER actually went down last night

he'd have to do something like go 0-11 in the first half of a national tv game and at some point in the 3rd quarter call a timeout and run to the sidelines and cut the sleeves off and then go like 9-9 the rest of the game. xp

i've always wondered if twitter started or merely exacerbated the trend of kids not knowing how to use apostrophes

like when BJ says "JR smith brother". my hypothesis is that people who grew up with twitter are so used to not being able to make proper nouns possessive (because of the @ symbol), and now people just think it's right

yeah jordan is probably right, but the "isn't" is a different thing, the de-possessifying (amazingly safari does not underline this word so i'm leaving it) of proper nous is definitely its own thing in my world of young people
