It pleases me to note that the nets gave the hawks the right to swap picks in the joe Johnson trade for the next 2 years.

kinda fucks things up for the celtics, tho prob the hawks and nets will finish the season w similar records

yeah. there's a chance though that the nets finish in the lottery and/or the hawks choose to blow things up and tank.

but they could end up as like the 4 and 6 seeds which would suck for the celts

yeah if i had to guess id have both teams making the playoffs

I remember the few weeks where Hibbert was taking outside contract offers and it looked like Pacers would have to spend max money on him. I thought, "Well, if we're gonna max out on someone, maybe it'd be interesting to spend it on Javale, someone who could develop into a total monster."

Think it's pretty obvious that if he were to make some kind of leap from potential star -> star, it should've happened over the last few seasons. Didn't help that his previous coach didn't really want him on the floor, but still.

Argh I never understand those 100% probabilities-- it can't be 100% yet!

Hahaha sad Milwaukee-- Prof. Hollinger sez in the best possible bball world, they'll still have a losing record this year. Hollinger probabilities not giving enough weight to Gianntula blowing up by the end of the season.

lol love that the Frank/Kidd dissolution happened after Kidd's first game on the bench ... because he'd been suspended for the first two games of the season already. At least Kidd is getting the power-hungry, hot-headed managerial aspect of coaching locked down so early.
