Basically three nights each in Prague -> Sthlm -> Helsinki -> Oslo. Then ed stays in Oslo an extra night or two.

I'm leaving actual in-city plans to edwardo, so I guess it's a tour of sites where Eurovision #13 placers were written.

I'm pretty sure it only takes 90 mins on the fast ferry from Helsinki to Tallinn. You could do that in half a day if you needed to.
