also don't know why the dubs stopped pushing the ball

yeah it's really a shame cuz steph & david lee should be one of the most deadly PNR duos in the league especially with klay hanging out around the perimeter

i will homer this one all the way home bro

yeah they've been doing more steph and bogut pick and rolls inexplicably

they really havent played much with the full roster yet

the thunder look really great and are getting better too. that bench is the surprise of the year (along w PDX and PHX)

the thunder are a lot better than they were in the first month of the season and the dubs are worse, i doubt itd be much of a contest if they played rn, the warriors can regain their form i think tho some guys were clearly playing over their heads for a minute there, but i dont see okc slipping too much unless injuries or w/e

bothers me that neither team has a l33t coach

yeah iggy was kinda out of his mind to start, klay a little too but I think he can produce pretty close to that consistently

at least with Jackson they have that Christian Connection and they kinda buy into a thing, whatever that thing is. Like we've never had a coach that a free agent of note would take less money to play for.

theyre both really good players but neither is going to shoot like they did to start the season, klay was like 70% from three, iggy 50% after being a career 35% guy

feel like jackson is prob a pretty good players coach the team sees to like him and each other and play hard but tactically hes def a lil lacking

the team defense has slipped the most tbf, but now picking up a little again since iggz return

kinda still early in the season and hopefully they injuries are out of the way

yeah iggy is a super legit defender

injuries happen and theyre def a p thin team, prob just have to hope theyre all healthy for the playoffs and can make a run

so is bogut xp, w those two on the floor together we can hang w anyone

one cool thing w being top heavy tho is that theyre built for the playoffs where starters play big minutes and have time to rest, like last night when they went down big it was cause jackson inexplicably put his entire bench in at once

also jermaine oneal loss was kinda big, and festus is out till at least all star break so there is no backup center atm

i wld say iggy is an elite defender, bogut is formerly elite has lost some mobility but is still very good, klay is good, curry is prob below average, and lee is the worst defender in the nba except maybe ray allen

you cant expect oneal to stay healthy for more than three games just let that one go, unless youre the suns of course

when he played on the celtics it was comical, i have no idea how he does it, there was a new minor injury every game he played

the warriors are a cool ass team, they have a bunch of really good young players, if they manage the situation right they shd be good for a while

they're prob gonna have to decide between klay and barnes at some point

people arent going to belive hes good for too much longer

i think jackson uses him poorly... they give him too much responsibility

he shouldn't be the number one option on bench units and shouldn't be getting post up isos in crunch time

a better offensive coach would use barnes better and his numbers would probably reflect that

the guy's 6' 8" and athletic and can shoot i wouldn't be looking to trade him just put him in a better position to succeed

he just seems like one of those super athletic guys who has no idea how to use his athleticism, but yeah interest in post ups is another way in which jackson has no idea whats goin on in todays nba

smh trade him to the spurs, we know what to do

yeah barnes def doesn't seem like he quite understands how to play

like steals and blocks generally coordinate highly with athleticism but he gets almost none, he just might not be much of a player you know

ha i was just thinking if there would be a material difference b/w barnes and kawhi if they had switched places at the start of their careers

he looks p wooden and passive just not in the flow, was also not that good in college

i mean there will always be a place for a big athletic wing who can shoot but i def think hes way overvalued right now

ya i mean we have 3.5 years of disappointing high level basketball from him now

i'm not sure you could really get anything in a trade for him tho unless you took another team's ill fitting young player

2nd rd pick, maybe some cash and nando de colo, lets get harrison barnes over here, he just needs the right setting its ok

i bet there are a bunch of gms out there who still value him pretty highly

i mean i doubt youd get as high a pick as was spent on him but if you were clever you could prob put something p good together

Idk it's only his second year and he is in a new role this year

sry spottie ilh hates harrison barnes theres nothing that can be done, rip harrison barnes
