billions going into medical research that millions of you won't be to afford the co-payment to benefit from.

we will concretely hurt your children now so they don't hypothetically get hurt later on.

We had a poor family locally that we used to tease CP's they were poor we said they sold their house to pay the mortgage and they sold their telly to buy a VCR well now its 2014 and nobody has a VCR and everyone only wishes that the house would sell and only wishes that that would cover anything like the mortgage but regardless of that I'd say they're still sore about it goes to show you that inclusivity is bunk

seriously this is fucked and even if you look it at from an unpassionate viewpoint, this is mostly fucked

gonna be driving on sweet roads, however

gonna be walking on sweet roads, you won't be able to afford a car

So they want medical research to cure cancer which means people live longer despite the fact they dont WANT people living longer because pensions so all these ppl will live to 100 with no job and no pension and wtf then.

Also am I being overly paranoid or does anyone think it's *weird* that theyve pulled all this money from welfare and health and education but punped a ton into - of all things - medical research!? What on earth are they anticipating? A zombie plague?

the Bronski Review (Trayce), Wednesday, 14 May 2014 00:34 (ten years ago) link

i figure "medical research" is a euphemism for trying to find a way to criminalise abortion again

denial plan (electricsound), Wednesday, 14 May 2014 00:37 (ten years ago) link

honestly wouldn't bat an eyelid if someone crept in and slaughtered all these dogs while they slept - it's not like they show any compassion, no need to offer any in return

dong draper (haitch), Wednesday, 14 May 2014 01:22 (ten years ago) link

yeah ditto tbh.

The biggest nerve of them is defeding their fucking salaries, PM actually said "even politicians are doing their bit" to that pensioner who tore him a new one this morning on TV. He has a nerve saying that to someones face on national TV. The only good of this is the're destroying their position as a party.

Its just a pity the ALP are such wet blankets theyre doing fucking nothing about it.

the Bronski Review (Trayce), Wednesday, 14 May 2014 02:06 (ten years ago) link

The ALP is just as scared of Rinehart and co as the Liberals are, so don't expect anything there.

American Fear of Pranksterism (Ed), Thursday, 10 July 2014 01:01 (nine years ago) link

a shag is a type of bird iirc

niamh 1073 (electricsound), Thursday, 10 July 2014 01:08 (nine years ago) link

typing in "shag bird" to google was briefly scary but ultimately benign
