Oh man, I just rented Nightmare on Elm Street 3 off of Amazon for my kid to watch, since he's showing an interest in horror movies. Anyway, for reasons unknown, they replaced the opening song - Dokken's "Into the Fire" - with some cheesy generic 80s synth-saxophone pop.

Thank god they left Dream Warriors alone, but it kinda destroyed the mood for me.

Anyway, as much as I love Dokken, I'd argue that they aren't sleazy and menacing enough for this thread.
